Without exception, our goods are sold in the State of California, and when you place an order, title to and ownership of the alcoholic beverage passes from Rare Still to you as buyer in California. For this reason, California sales tax is applied to your order.

You as buyer are solely responsible for shipment of your purchase to states outside California. As your agent, we will assist in selecting a common carrier for the shipment of products that you have purchased and own. The majority of states maintain laws and regulations that control or restrict the importation of alcohol. Please check with your appropriate agencies. No representation is made by Rare Still as to the legal rights of anyone to ship to or import into any state other than California. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes Rare Still to act on his/her behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver to the buyer the goods that the buyer has purchased and now owns.
