Born in Honduras at 5,400 Feet
Café Notte starts in the mountains of the western Lempira and Ocotepeque regions, where Hondura’s highest peaks stand tall. By planting timber and fruit alongside coffee crops our producers increase shade, soil moisture, and encourage biodiversity that reduces the need for expensive fertilizers, eliminating the need for costly and poisonous pesticides, and allowing for organic farming practices.
Start with Exceptional Fruit
As typical for high-elevation coffee, the Lempira and Ocotepeque beans shine through with floral and fruity notes, including black tea, honey, lemon zest, and lavender. We chose to work with our small-scale producers here after experimenting with coffee from every major growing region.
Grown by Women in Lempira & Ocotepeque
Our coffee comes from the small farms of more than 300 women producers in the Lempira and Ocotepeque region who have shown their ability to take a rough patch of land and turn it into a successful coffee farm. They’ve teamed with agronomists to implement best practices on plant nutrition, pest control, tissue management and the preparation of biofertilizers.
Roasted to Perfection
Our local producer has won multiple Gold Medals at the Golden Bean™ North America for his roasts. We worked closely with our roaster to develop a blend that holds up to our rum base but still carries forward the delicate fruit notes of our high-elevation beans.

Cafe Notte Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
Café Notte is our take on Italian caffe corretto — a shot of spirits into a shot of espresso. Our liqueur starts with world-class 100% arabica coffee grown in the mountains of Lempira, Honduras by a female-owned collective.
A team of expert then hand roasts these beans to our proprietary specification. Within minutes of roasting, the small batches of beans are cold brewed to capture the rich character and fresh aroma of the coffee. It's slowly steeped for over 24 hours to get the perfect coffee flavor.
It makes the best White Russians and Espresso Martini's. Many love it on the rocks after a good meal. Try it today. We know you'll love it!
